Is a deposit bonus of $50 worth it playing vegas strip with a WR of 40x (manual)?

is it 40x bonus, or 40x bonus + deposit? If 40x bonus + deposit what is the deposit?

If it's just 40x bonus yes it would be +EV.

It's +EV, but I'd only do it if I could use Autoplay or had a decent sized roll (if you have a small roll, your bet size will be small and the hourly rate will suck).

Well, it was $50 for $1000 WR, then at $1000 more WR they give you another $50. That last $50 has a 1k WR, therefore, the 1k needed to even just get the 50 plus the 1k to clear the 50 = 2k = 40x

Oh, that. Yes, it's +EV. Yes, sane people stop somewhere around the second $50. Getting the third $50 is like scraping at pennies glued to the bottom of a swimming pool.
