Yep. Nice avatar. Raising works too I think.

[/ QUOTE ] Raising will overcharge (note that I didn't say fold, though it WILL fold the SB) hands like diamond and club flush draws, as well as T8 and QT. To be honest, I have no idea how often I'll be against these hands. I also don't know if I'm ahead or behind here. Raising is good if it's a last-money-in bet. |

Re: 6m: T9s hand
I just think you have the best hand here often. So that's enough reason to raise. I'd bet the river if it was a small card or T as well.
OH... He's super passive. Ok. |

Re: 6m: T9s hand
i fold. i think the chances of being sucked out on and the ubersmall pot are not even worth fighting over, not to mention you could be behind already to a better kicker or weakly played J.

Re: 6m: T9s hand
Whoah... the possibility of being outdrawn is a reason to fold at 6-max?
Cmon... There is a chance he has a J and played it badly or has a better 9 (because he's passive), but I think that's a reason to call rather than raise, not fold rather than call. |

[/ QUOTE ] i think you looked past my main reason for the suggestion to fold: the ubersmall pot is not even worth fighting over the rest was just more blah blah junk to basically explain that BECAUSE there is a strong chance to get sucked out on (2 possible flush draws out there), the fact you might not have the best hand, and the possibility that it is a weakly played J all add up to: not worth calling. i just like to win big pots and let some schmuck have my SB this time. |

I think you have to raise here or fold.

Re: 6m: T9s hand
I think calling is the worst of your options here.
I think I fold, but it's the best hand we are chucking some of the time. |

I agree, raising shouldn't be done. I fold clearly. But bet when checked to. |
