There is nothing better or the same, but some people like PokerOffice.

I can't help but wonder where all the "anything else other than Poker Tracker" posts are coming from lately. There seem to be a bunch.

Simply put: if you're serious about your game, or WANT to get serious, Poker Tracker is among the best investments you can make. I really believe that. When I started about a year ago, I would have said "hogwash". It's a complex program, and I didn't know what to make of most of it. However, I still kept dumping hands into it and generating stats. The more hands you play and load into Poker Tracker, the more information you'll have when you DO learn what the numbers mean.

I've owned it for a year and just now am I beginning to use it more fully. But the year's worth of my own data that I've accumulated is worth much more than the purchase price.

It's going to be awhile before any other competing programs catch up (if at all). Poker Tracker is to poker software what SSHE is to the small stakes game. The standard.

It's also very well supported, and the 3rd party HUDs and graphing programs make it the complete tool.

PT is the industry standard. id prolly stick w/ that just cause everybody has it and you shouldnt have trouble seeking help if you get confused. also from a big, reliable company (on relative terms)

I agree PT is the best tool out there; however Poker office is also a very good tool. You can actually get it for free too.
