(homemade) Broiled chicken tenderloins with monterey steak seasoning, in a huge sub roll with pesto and swiss-- under the broiler for 2 min. Tortilla chips, coke zero.

Frozen, plain bagel, defrosted and eaten with nothing else.

nah, im trying to take in less than my current 1/2-1/3 of my caloric intake via soda (4-6 cans a day, or a 2 ltr), and i like it too. i feel less full cutting out reg. coke from my diet, actually-- making me actually want to cook & eat instead of graze.

dinner was just what took under 5 mins of prep (with a geo foreman, broiler, frozen trader joes chicken tenderloins)... desert is cookies y neopolitan ice cream [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
