Default Party 3/6 Table Selection & Stats

I recently read in another post that table selection is critical at Party 3/6. I have about 15K hands playing 3 and 4 tables at 3/6 and have experienced tremendous swings, in excess of 150BB+. What are people's opinions and strategies when it comes to Party 3/6 and table selection. Is it vital to being profitable at this level, and if so, what are the characteristics of an ideal table and what constitutes a bad table?

My VPIP for this level is 20.1, PFR 9.6, and TOT-A of 1.3.

Aside from table selection, I am working on my post-flop aggression, which is low, but do these numbers indicate an obvious problem that is hurting my winrate?

Thanks for the insights.

Default Bump

Anybody have any insights regarding table selection at 3/6? Are the good tables that dramatically different than the bad?
