Default Another chip question - blinds are...?

Say you are hosting a weekly tournament. Average turn out is 100 players. Each player starts with 3,000 chips. You would like to see the tournament last no more than 8 hours. What would you set the blind structure at and how fast would they increment?

I can't seem to find any URL's that list what the WSOP did.

Well i know for 10 players, the tourney should end when the blinds = the buyin (or 1/10th of the total chips in play). Id assume that the tourney would have to end by the time the blinds reach 1/10th of the total chips in play (or 30,000 in your case). however, it would probably end faster than that
