head towards either san diego or palm springs...not sure which ones are still 18 cuz as they as hotels and resorts to the indian casinos they are becoming 21...Try Morongo, no smoking, low limit holdem and 5 card omaha...

Both this and the other reply are rather far away. Anywhere within 30 minutes of LA or any non-casino places I can go to?

I've never seen anyone get carded at Commerce no matter how young they look. I've been told they'll occasionally card but I've never seen it.

They would card you before you buy your chips.

Yes, but...

It won't happen!

Valet at the front station and walk through those doors. You're 10 steps away from the mid-stakes room. Once in the room, there's zero chance of getting carded. If you're playing smaller stakes, you're 50 steps away with a couple security stations in between, but I've never seen them card anybody. Ever. If they do, just say you're staying in the hotel and are making a run to the snack shop (which is right by the smaller stakes room) or something.

Commerce never cards anyone ever, and they can't "take" your chips, I believe that is stealing. I suppose you could drive out to Morongo in the Palm Springsish area, although it sucks.
