Default Party + PokerNOW at the Same Time?

I noticed that they only let you run one of those programs. Is there any trick that can be used to get around that? I apologize if that's already been asked, but I tried searching, with no luck.

Does anyone know if Party/skins are planning on adding the BBJs to other skins? I heard PokerNow was going to be the first, but I know no details.
