Mixing Plays - Protecting the Blinds

Can someone tell me the percentage of a tight aggressive style. Do you have to raise 80% of the time with your better hand or bigger pair or does it depends on the table condition. How often do you have to protect the blinds compared to a call. Also, how often do you have to mix up your play to make you unreadable.
