Default still not sure

I am still not sure what to do with A3o when opening from the sb. These scenarios. You raise. BB wil rarely fold. Flop is random sampling of middle and high cards no A.

BB is a passive calling station who will call down with any A or pair or reasonable draw.

BB is aggressive and tricky and will raise frequently on a bluff.
