10 big bets per 100 hands...IIRC, i'm not too well versed on the poker lingo

IIRC = if I recall correctly

10BB/100 can mean equal ten big bets per hundred hands, or ten big blinds per hundred hands. Since the maximum profit from just about any limit poker game is ~3BB/100*, in this case it almost certainly means ten big blinds.

*I guess more is possible, but it would that you're playing at too low a level for maximum profit.

Depends on the context. In the short run 10bb/100 is very possible, though that would mean one is running very well.
