After the tourney ends, I get the standard "This is how we handle cancelled tourneys, you're due $11.80" email. I respond saying that prize pool is way too low and I want my full money. They reply with some gibberish that makes me suspect nobody read my email. Get up this morning to find that my account had been credited with $45. Good job Intertops. Maybe you aren't that bad afterall.

Yep, Intertops quadrupled my refund....very pleased...I almost would rather have taken the expected value of this tournament than actually playing it anyway.

Yea, definitely so. Very happy when I logged in today to see my balance double what it was yesterday (I only have a little seed money in Intertops to play occasionally tournaments).
