bozlax, you are not a little afraid that a loose passive calling station could have a hand that beats you if he bets all three streets?

[/ QUOTE ]

Of course I am. I was merely addressing OP's defense that he was attempting to induce a bluff.

[ QUOTE ]
How often do lp calling stations attempt to bluff people? I like the bet bet bet line, but you are asking for trouble using that line all the time oop. If I think I have UTG beat, I probably c/r that turn, if I think he might have me beat how's a c/c c/c bet line?

[/ QUOTE ]

I turn this around. If I think he's likely to have me beat (and I think he might be weak-tight on later streets) I'll c/r the turn to freeze him and check/fold the river. If I think I'm likely to have him beat, and he's maybe flexing some heretofore unseen aggro muscles, I'll c/c, c/c, bet/fold.

I think it's just fine. I believe you will see a weaker ace here >50% of the time. Another option is to bet hoping to pick the pot up right there, get raised and call to the river. The result will be the same. This reminds me of a 6-max situation.

Nope, but AT beats me here.

interesting, I think I like it, but what does it accomplish? what do you think your FE is on the turn c/r? Any?

*edit I just thought about this for another minute, I actually really like this play. This play will screw with your opponents minds for quite some time.
