Where are the percentages?

I mean isn't sports betting all about getting better odds than an event will occur? Sure I know that team A is way better than crappy team B and A is the favorite. Now team A will not win the game 100% of the time. Let's say A wins 80% of time. You need atleast 1.25 odds for team A to bet them.
You can't play any lesser or it wille be -EV.
So what I ask is that wouldn't it be good for the board if everyone posted the % the event will occur with the pick. Thanks.
