Anyways, you called large bets with middle pair-no kicker.

So according to you an ace is no kicker? and this is your first ever tourney victory because.....?

OK...forgot the hand. Pwned. Ya got me.

Like I said...limit tourney poker and NL shorthanded ring poker...they work SO well together, strategy-wise.

My first tournament victory in more than one table: Always have come up JUST a little short. You know about that, right Meeb?

While I don't remember my first 1, 2, or 3 table SNG victories, I do recall my first MTT win. A massive 191 player $10 tourney on Pacific. Forget the $$$ involved, they are all just as sweet. For me the money actually numbs the occasion (sp?). I barely remember my Empire $50K win - other than the fact that the deck just clobbered me up-side the head and it would have taken some real talent NOT to win the damn thing. I can, however, still remember some of the specific chat at the final table of the Pacific tourney, esp. the heads-up match.

Congrats, and all the best for the future.
