Default Computing Win Rate

I played for 300 hands and won 33 times. Does this mean my win rate is better than 10BB/100???

I'll give you a full subjective and objective analysis of my play after 10k hands, although I think a bigger SS needs to be 500k or greater.
Right now obviously I'm just starting out. Moved up from .50/1 to 1/2 and occasionally 2/4.
