Default Live MTT strategy

Hello MTTers,

I post mostly in SSNL, but this friday I have a small MTT with my friends from home and was hoping to gather some advice.

Background: This will be the third time we have done this tournament, 32 ppl, 4 tables of 8. I have the rep. as probably the 1st or 2nd best player, and have final tabled both times before. Most of the players are college aged Nits, WSOP fanboys with no real knowledge of the game. As far as my knowledges goes, we are looking at about 200bb stacks, though not positive.

So, given I feel that I am probably am in the upper tier of the players there, what should be my plan going into this. Should I go in with more of a survivalist tight early loosen up or try to see a lot of cheap flops and establish a chip lead.

If the stacks are deeper, which is my plan?

If the stacks are shorter, what should be my plan?

Any other general advice here?
