Early Position - Raise or Reraise to you Left

In "Hold'em Poker for Advanced Players" a lot of time is spent on what to do from early postion depending on if you are first in, there is a caller or two, or there is a raiser. (and adjustments if the game is tight, loose, etc..)

However, very little time is spent on what you should do if there is a raiser on your left after your initial call or raise. In general....
