Party 10/20: KTs "resteal", Ace-high flop

CO in this hand is loose and aggressive both preflop and postflop. His stats are 54.0/18.3/1.6 over >500 hands.

In a previous hand he bet Ace-high in first position unimproved on the river into two players after the turn had been checked. A few hands prior to this I whiffed on a flop checkraise after calling an LP raise preflop (he was the SB and had called, PF raiser checked through on the flop.) He led the turn, I raised, and he called.

So basically he seems to have a thing for stabbing at pots.

I would check the turn and call the river depending on the range of hands he peels the flop but doesn't checkraise.

I can't see any better hand folding and any worse hand calling. If you disagree, I'd like to know where you think the value in a river bet is.
