Apologies to all for any problems you had...we have only just seen this post
As was mentioned we received a few virus emails....in the course of 4 days 23,875 emails. Our Software picked them all up but on several occasions throughout the period our server mailboxes became full and genuine emails got bounced back. Whether we were targeted by a jealous competitor or merely the victims of misfortune, the problem has now been resolved. But once again apologies to all Kind regards Jess RTR

My email got through...received reply in about 48 hours.
Everything looks good to those interested. I'm more than happy with the service so far; I just couldn't find a better way to get ahold of RTR than through this forum.
