Obviously replying to a thread to get it uppermost, but then deleting your post again, to make it invisible who bumped it.

Google sez ghost bumping is adding to your own thread, and immediately deleting the bump, to get it on page 1.

Still in the dark on the ninja thing though.

Ninja bumping is the same as ghost bumping.

Its where you bump a thread, but then immediately delete your post, so that the thread gets bumped but nobody knows it was you.

When I first saw the resurrected threads I was confused and bewildered. Then I laughed when I saw the phrase ninja bump. Brilliant. Then, as usual, the [censored] it up by doing it too much.
