Looks fine to me. Unless the table is EXTREMELY passive you're in great shape here (really only worried about A/10) but you can't play scared).

Looks standard to me.

CO might have a K with a weak kicker, but I expect that you will usually have the best hand here.

Looks fine with no reads.
With reads then you may check the river, as your not folding the guy with the KING.
However there may be value since its .50/1 and worse hands will probably call.

Not sure really.
