Default First Shot at Pontoon What Should I know?

I am taking my first shot at pontoon on intercasino this month.
What if any were common mistakes you made when you first started playing?
I have link to the stratedy card will that be enough for me?

Thanks in advance.

I forgot to hit a four card 17 once... doubling with a 4 card 12, 13 ,14 ,15 or 16 takes some getting used to also. I also had to learn not to get excited with 20s...damn ties suck.

Everything you need to know is here:

Is your interpoker balance tied to intercasino? If so, can I just "buy chips" to get the bonus, or do I need make an additional deposit like for the poker bonus?

The smallest bet size is $5, so get ready to lose the bonus. If you really want to complete the bonus BJ would be the best at $1 bets.

It's a great game, but get ready for a rollercoaster ride.

I had trouble with the chart at wizard for a while. It reads right to left, not left to right. i.e., if you have 4 cards, look at the first column, if you have 2, look at the last. not vice versa.

Yes. One difference is that you can use the bonus money in the casino before you clear it.

There is only one bonus.

You have to deposit from an outside source, unlike the bonuses at William Hill Casino and SuperVegas Casino.

If you lose the bonus money, you don't need to continue playing. However, I believe if you lose more than 150% of the bonus, it will clear all wagering requirements from previous months.

Just follow the Wizard of Odds basic strategy chart to a tee and don't worry about the results. This isn't poker, there's nothing more you can do. In +EV we trust. Also, the vocabulary is a little different than blackjack:

Twist = Hit
Stick = Stand
Buy = Double Down
