Intertop Signup Bonus?

I opened an intertops account during the last week of february to take advantage of the FEB50K signup bonus they were running. When i went to sign on I got the "you have a party account" message despite deleting all party files, etc.

I double checked the accout today and amazingly i can sign on now. Is there a specific signup bonus i can use. I know that on bw they say to sign up using their banner. I can't remeber if i used their banner or now. If i deposit with out a code will i still receive the 20% bonus without a code?
