Intertops Cashout Sportsbook Question

i cleared my bonus and want to cash out using neteller. i searched and saw that this can be done through their sports book. Do I have to open a new seperate account at the sports book? I tried logging on with my poker name and password and no dice.

Also is there additional software i have to install for the casino/sportsbook or can i just withdraw the money from the website?

when you signed up with the intertops poker room they automatically assign you an account number (different from your screen name). You can use this to log into the sportsbook/casino. You need to transfer money from the poker room to the sportsbook and then cash out from the sportsbook to your neteller account. You should receive the money in 3-5 days (but there concept of time is much different than the rest of the world..i hate their customer service, crappy lines, and cashout times.).

I been going through the same thing. After waiting several hours and no confirmation email I called them this morning. They told me 3 days.

sure it keeps the money on the site and the hope that you will bet on games while your money is in the sportsbook and lose

Not so, since you don't have access to the money during the week or so it takes to get it. They could be doing it to get the interest on the money for another week, or because they are short on cash and have to wait for others to deposit so they canpay you. Or it could be just plain gross incompetence.

So i picked my payout with neteller and i didn't even have to enter my account number of secure id number?!?!? just my email address?

I did this a little while ago and still haven't received an email confirming the cashout and my balance on the site is sill there.

Will the balance remain there until the transaction goes through?

When i talked with them on the phone. I was told that they don't send confirmation emails. Also, i found it weird that it still showed my withdrawl on my account balance for a good 12 hours.

Very quickly. Less than an hour, from poker to sportsbook.
