Oh dear! I really like my picks this week.... A lot [img]/images/graemlins/blush.gif[/img] In fact so much that putting them into order was difficult. This can surely only result in 0-4, so I might as well be cocky in the comments too so I can get maximum effect when it goes wrong.

$400 Chargers over 42.5

This is the same Chargers that let the Jets score 26.

There is a feeling that maybe the Bills have some kind of 'D' but good God, look at who they have played:

Houston, Tampa, Atlanta, New Orleans, Miami, NY Jets and KC (last week) are amongst the star studded teams that have failed to score much against the Bills.

Strange that.

Look for the Chargers to score nearly enough on their own to cover this one, and also to concede plenty anyway, just in case [img]/images/graemlins/blush.gif[/img]

$300 Texans

A point away from being the $400 pick here. I'm taking this on the money line this week at home to the totally dreadful Chiefs.
KC are a team in retreat, it's over for them this year. I think most regulars here know that I hate them on the road anyway and I honestly think they're ripe to get beat this week. Give me points, even if it is a rather nasty 6.5 [img]/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img] and I want a piece of this one.

$200 Broncos

Did I go through a time warp or something?
On the one hand we have a side at home that are a pretty scary force on both offense and defense, and on the other hand we have a side who might be starting their head coach or Janitor at QB this week.

Can anyone see the Jets getting 10 pts? Really?


$100 Saints

Last week was bounce back week for the Pats, but that doesn't mean they suddenly got really good or something. Ten points!?!?!? What season was this linemaker watching? I don't think the Pats have won by ten points since opening day, I have no idea why they might consider starting now.
