Do you hold back?

Inspired by similar posts on other forums. Many of us have logged a lot of table hours together, I know I have played with Beer, Roland, Lstream, Chef, Frappe, and others more then I can remember.

When posting hands or advice is there anything that you hold back? Have you ever used something you learned about a players play from one of their posts against them at the tables?

I have never held back info in a post, partly because I am not that bright and dont have anything to hold back but I have supplemented my reads on some players due to their posts here.
