Default PF question at 100+9s

7-handed 25/50 level. UTG has 1500 and I have 1400 in UTG+1. He raises to 175. I haven't noticed anything about him. What do you do with AKo?

I raised to 400 and would've strongly considered folding if he pushed. I was going to push any flop.

Tough spot.

I think I'd call. You've got position on him. If anyone else comes in, it's not the worst of situations. AK doesn't mind some extra action. If someone pushes and he overpushes, maybe you can get away cheaply.

I don't like folding to a push if you raise to 400.

I really dislike raising to 400 and then folding to a push.

I would lean towards calling now as my post flop plays are somewhat developing, but against a "regular" I would probably fold.

Why no fold if he pushes? The hands he pushes are probably AA-JJ, AK. His range has me killed, no?

I don't think you should fold if he pushes. You would be getting nearly 2-1 odds (1000 to win 975), and there's no way even with that range he's a 2-1 favorite. The only hands you're really worried about are AA and KK, and since you've gotten one of each, something like QQ would be more likely. Even if he has KK you aren't in terrible shape, since you'd be 30% to win still, at almost 2-1. So the only real way I think it's not wrong to fold is if you put his range exclusively on AA or KK.
