Default Michael Davis A6s Live at the Bike Hand

feel free to correct me if I got this wrong

Typical decent but weak tight middle limit player opens from LMP. 2 callers and MD calls in the BB with A6s.

SB is in so the pot is about 8 SB. Flop comes K high with 2 raggy cards. PFR bets, folded to MD, who checkraises.

the announcer guy hated it. I thought it was good.

These guys also said that after raising pre-flop with A7s on the button and being 3 bet out of the BB the raiser should fold.

No, you're way off here. The pot was heads up. I still like my play.

Hello everyone,

I couldnt specifically remember this hand so I PMed MD about it. It seems like he checked raised with A6 to a K53 board and got Jack to lay down AQ. I left the booth for about 3 minutes to go to the bathroom one time so maybe it was during this period. Anyway if MD got Jack to open fold AQ then it was obviously a good move. I cant believe that after the result I would say that I didnt like the move especially since from what I remember Jack was not playing many hands. If I did say this I stand corrected and I was obviously wrong.

Bart

yeah that was the point where you said you played 20/40 with him earlier and he bluffed a calling station (which I don't think is ethical for you to bring up), and that he probably bluffs too much because he plays online a lot. mabye I'm misquoting you a bit.

that being said, I know you ahve a tough job there. it's not easy doing color commentary when you're watching a hand every 2 minutes, and a chopped pot every few hands. I hadn't watched it before but I enjoyed it. I like how you don't talk at a beginner's level like every other poker announcer does.

Fine, standard, typical play against a regular player. Easy one, especially in a live game.
