youre surprised that a (not just a jew i mean his family holds political offices in israel) a zionist or whatever is in favor of attacking iraq and wants more support for israel?

Did I say I was surprised? Just pointing out that nominating Lieberman, who does have a realistic chance that the Democratic Party nomination, would have both major party candidates in favor of the war in Iraq. A bitter irony for anti-war Democrats methinks if it happens.

maybe a few mavericks but mostly i think its theater.
i mean almost everybody voted for patriot act and war too i think. |

Don't have a link handy but saw on TV where Congress is revisiting the Patriot Act to "soften" it up. As far as Congress voting for war, Dean wasn't a party to it. Kerry was but he's ignoring how he voted. Not sure about Gephardt's status.
