Do you pronounce it Coe-lin like Hoe-lin or Colin like Toll-lin?

It sounds so retarted when the American media call that old geezer Coe-lin Powell.

If she can't wait 6 months to go with you, then she isn't worth it.

That simple.

She already rejected this guy once, she obviously doesn't have any romantic feelings for him. I don't see the problem. Besides, if she's going to cheat on you, she can do it just as easily right underneath your nose.

[/ QUOTE ]

Wrong, wrong, wrong. In fact this trip has a ton of factors that would enable this girl to convince herself she is interested in this guy even if she isn't. A new and exciting experience in a strange place, where she feels close to the one person she has known and trusts? Come on, this is like shooting fish in a barrel, even for a chooch as this guy has been described.

Even if she decides not to go this does not bode well for you. She is testing limits here and may be looking for an out.

As others have stated, I would tell her point blank that this would put your relationship on hold at the very least. I don't know if this is the kind of girl you can take a hiatus with, if you are interested in this option consider it.

European backpackers generally have a lot of casual sex on their trip.

Anyways, if this girl was really into you, she wouldnt be leaving for 3 months on a vacation. Thats it, thats all, thats everything.

Default Bad Play..........

Bad play.
You should not reward her by offering to take her to Europe. It is like offering a counter bribe. From what you told me, your relationship with this girl is on the rocks and a European vacation together is silly. A pre-emptive breakup was the proper play. Her reaction or lack of reaction would tell you where you stood. Now you have no idea.

Your play has given her the ball. What are you going to do? Sit by the phone and wait for her to call? IF she calls and IF she 'chooses you' you still may lose. Sorry dude but you're in over your head. Your ego is about to get mangled and you only have yourself to blame..... You have surrendered all your power to her. I would not be surprise if she doesn't call you at all. Just don't make this mistake with the next woman you date.
