I absolutely can not stand Joe Theisman. As long as he's on, I vow to not watch MNF unless my Vikings are playing and in that case, I will be watching it on mute. Hopefully, I can find the game covered on a radio station or something. If the Packers are playing, I'll just mute it and not worry about finding any audio.

I think ESPN's radio network carries all the MNF games. That might be the best solution.

Westwoodone currently has the MNF radio broadcasts. Marv Albert and Boomer on the call. So you have to search for who carries the games in your area.
