With out reads I think its pretty close. Im more worried about UTG when calling than I am UTG+1. While I expect to be behind UTG+1 I'd be pretty sure to have 6 outs, with UTG Im more worried to be drawing to 3 outs (reverse domination).

Im not confident in my answer, but I would call probably folding if it gets back capped on the flop or folding the turn for more than 1 bet UI.

I suspected the raiser just had TP. He checlk raises/raises a lot with TP. But the chance of having 6 good outs against 3 opponents is lowered. Also SB could have a set but doubtful.
