Why is PT not working with the beta? I have the hand history logging enabled inside PP, but no luck.

[/ QUOTE ]

You have to sit before it creates the HandHistory folder that you import from.

Also, make sure you're linking to the correct folder for observed hands. I have it working for myself so I know it does work.

Hmm , I was sitting and playing, but PT just says no new hands to import. Do you have to change the folder? I mean, I have been playing all day from the "old" PP. Downloaded this beta and starting playing a little, but as far as PT, nothing.

PPBeta installs into C:\Program Files\PartyPokerBeta which is different than the default party install, so yes you should add a new folder.

in this beta, some player names become url's. whats that about?? i.e. (player: "wwwPPFreecom") When his name shows up in the chatbox you can click on it and it will take you to wwwPPFreecom, however it is a dead link without the dot after www and PPFree.

i got the email too. i wonder if it was really only 300 people.

10 tables on 1920x1200 is 4 on top, 3 in the middle, 3 on bottom. pretty squished, but it did work.

i contacted them to request multi-table waiting lists and selectable seat positions. where you could say 'i want to sit at 8 tables with 8+ players', and it will auto-list you until you are actually seated at 8 of them. the other one would be where you could pick the position of your seat, so that you would be in the upper left section of a table if you planned on positioning it on the bottom right part of your screen for example.

I want to know if Party has some icon / exe file by which i can AVOID upgrading to a new client version and continue to play on the old one (for if and when the 'official' non-beta upgrade comes out). Like with Stars, they actually have a PStars.exe file in the program files directory so you can always play on the 'existing' client you have instead of running the Pstarsupdate.exe file (which is the default icon it places on your desktop, which always checks for and installs updated versions).

I have no complaints with the current client b/c i have twin 2001fps, and have my PAHUD working just like i want it to, so i'd rather just continue the status quo until other people (i.e. 2+2 community) has a chance to put this new client version through the paces and work out bugs/kinks.

I can then 16 table without overlap on my monitor! Even got some room left at the bottom for chat windows. Right about everyone can 9 table without overlap. On a single 2001fp to boot.

Finally, Mike O gives us something we can truly enjoy! Good job guys. Makes me wonder why poker sites took so long to come up with this, should've been done a long time ago.

With all the new tables, can't wait to get on the tables and beat up on all the 2+2 multitabling tags.
