Worst Read Ever?
3-6 live game and Hero is in MP1. After about 3 hours, hero thinks he has a normal-to-loose image, with moderate aggression. Hero is sure Villain seated in BB is loose aggressive.
Hero raises to $35 after one limper. CO calls. Villain in BB min-raises to $70. Limper folds, I call, CO calls. Flop is Q-9-3 rainbow. BB checks, hero bets $100, CO folds, BB says "You got bullets don't you?" and flip/mucks his KK. Hero takes $315 pot. Possible Hero hands that have Villain drawing slim: AA=6, QQ=3, 99=3, Total 12 hands (6 hands assuming I push my AA!!!!!) Possible Hero hands that are drawing slim to Villain: AK=16, AQ=16, KQs=3, KK=1, JJ=6, TT=6, Total 48 hands. 12/60 = %20 chance Villain is behind. Pot offering 3.15/1 at that point. Villain must really trust his reads or am I missing something? I said thank you. |
