You can pick up a 5 year old school bus for about a grand. Most school districts specify a maximum vehicle age of 5 years, so 5 year old school buses are nearly worthless to the pupil transportation industry.

If you do get one, make sure you pimp that sucker out with lots of American flags, support our troops magnets, and a soccer ball magnet.

Don't forget the obligatory "Viva Bush" sticker.

So that means $24k for the pimp job! Think what you could do with that budget!

GF wants a new car, and has vetoed anything that is not huge. I am thinking like maybe a Lexus RX300 or Tahoe. Actually think like 30k retail since i have lots of car dealer buddies. She wants an Infinity FX35 but I can't swing it. Thoughts?

Easiest decision ever. You've got to get this:

It used to belong to Jerome Bettis.

BTW theres no point in getting an SUV.

Aside from hauling stuff around, going off road, carrying more people, and all the other things a sedan can't do?

Go with a Toyota 4Runner, best reliability and the older body style (pre-19998 maybe?) looks pretty good. Oh, and I don't care how much you paid for your "spinners," they're incredibly ghetto.

Anybody who says they don't look at spinners is lying. Whether you look and say, "hey, cool!" or you look and say, "wow, he's a [censored] moron," isnt up for debate... but you look.

Spinners are tight. That Escalade is tight, but I really prefer the look of the Yukon/Tahoes... not that I wouldnt drive one
