PP spyware?

I looked up a players name on pokerprophecy to see what his win rate was and I got a msg from PP about using software/unfair advantage/suspending account, blah, blah, blah.

Anyone get this? Any reason to be concerned?

& you should be concerned because you gonna get banned.

Is a database that tracks players win rates really cheating?
