I found it very reasonable that he had an Ace. Should I have bet the flop or what?

How do you know? What about the rest of the players?

If they're all passive, I don't see betting this flop. They're all going to call, nobody's going to raise, and they'll see the turn. If it checks through and the turn is a blank, I'd bet out the turn, but not this flop against passives, no matter how tight they are.

Pros: You have second pair/good kicker and a BDSD on a pretty drawless board and no one has shown agression.

Cons: The pot is small and you have five other opponents. You may not have the best hand, and your bet isn't going to fold better hands. Anyone with two overcards has the pot odds to call. Your Q outs may also be tainted if someone stays in with a gutshot straight draw.

If there were fewer players I'd bet out this flop, but since you have no way to protect a very vulnerable hand, I play it the same.
