Default party .50/1

I recently was out of the country for the last 2 months and haven't been able to play any poker. Before that, I was beating party .50/1 for about 3.5 bb/100 (18k hands). However, I have recently returned to find that there are now 6 max .50/1 games as well as beginners tables. Thus, are the games still as soft and fishy as they were before adding the beginner and 6 max tables? Thanks in advance.

Nope, the beginners tables have spawned a new breed of super-party fish-TAGs. The .5/1 isn't even worth playing anymore - everyone is a stone killer sunglasses wearing TAG. Someone either read them all Sklansky books while they were sleeping (subliminal suggestions) or they've been studying Bill Fillmaffs videos.

Either way, I'm too afraid to open up the .5/1 tables anymore. It's like revenge of the nerds, but with fish instead of nerds. It's ugly man.

That's the main reason I was so anxious to move up in limits, to find the bad players. They're at the 100/200 at Stars now. I took 75k off Neverwin last night, that fish.
