Pork
Yummy....pork is soooo tasty. I have a 7.5 pound loin roast smoking over hickory and alder right now.
It has been called "the other white meat". Is it actually considered white meat? |

I've never smoked with alder. I've used hickory, mesquite, pecan and apple. Never alder. Let us know how it turns out. |
