Default partypoker, pokertracker, how to see stats on observed tables?

In partypoker, you can open up up to 4 tables and watch them, but the stats on the tables don't seem to be saving to your handhistory folder. So, is there a way to get stats on these tables?

Currently it seems I have to actually sit at them, then refuse to post the blind so I am out, this causes the hands to be saved to the hand history folder. However, even doing this doesn't work so well, as pokertracker and gametime don't show this is as a current session until I actually play a hand, so I can't see the stats for the table until I have already played a hand.

Any way to do this better?

In the PT auto import window click the "configure import..." button and un-check "do not import observed...".

You can open up to 4 tables and just observe.

The hand histories files...
Are written to the main Party Poker directory...
"c:\Program Files\PartyPoker" with *.hhf extension...
As opposed to your hand history folder with *.txt extension.

But you have to copy these files to another directory...
Before you shut down the Party Poker client...
Because they are erased at shut down.

Why does Party encourage data mining...
And then arbitrarily go after people using the data they give you?

Could there be better proof...
That the "privacy" issue is just another Party Poker Big Lie?
