If opponent is as bad and LAG as you say, I think a call here is in order...a LAG probably raises the flop with a J. I think he has a ten and has missed his draw.

I would also call here.
With the check behind on the turn, villain could be betting pot with a huge range of hands. I would call this and expect to see a busted draw, or other garbage.
