Default Called down with king high

$6 turbo. Did this guy have a good read or was he just a calling station?

I thought of betting the flop, but my position was bad. I also of checkraising the flop, figuring villain might be making a positional bluff.

This isn't quite a bad beat post, but it sucks just as much. What are you doing playing 6 turbos anyway?

why bother even playing K7? Just wondering? if you are playing the $6, peddle some nuts early...this is stack suicide.

I think he thinks you are bluffing because if you had an Ace or the flush you should have bet the turn (or checkraised the flop or made a bigger river bet). However, he is worried that you have a pair, so he doesn't raise.

Alternatively, he could just be a calling station.
