Will it change anything?

Will the poker room change?

I signed up and paid up front for 3 NL Saturday tournaments
through August.

I think they have the best poker room east of the Mississippi, sure hope they don't blow it.

I'll believe it when I see it.

Changing to the Horseshoe whould require a large remodeling effort. They have the Caesars theme so ingrained into the property that I expect it to stay the same.
