Default Bubble and SB limps to you in BB...Insta-raise?

This is a $25 Turbo at Pokerstars. Assume no reads [img]/images/graemlins/blush.gif[/img]

Table '8760012 1' Seat #9 is the button
Seat 3: vanderels (2975 in chips)
Seat 4: HERO (2710 in chips)
Seat 6: SharkTiger (6375 in chips)

With no read, I would check and look to steal the pot after the flop with a 400 chip bet if checked.

If you rasie to 600 and he calls, you have built quite a pot. If he checks the flop, then you need to fire off another 600-800 to try and steal. I don't like building big pots if i'm trying to steal with 4-8 off.

I like the way you're thinking because that's what I did..(Checked and bought pot at the flop once he checked)

However I'm guessing there are folks in this forum who would advise a raise (push?) every time due to it being the bubble and considering Villain has to fold without a premium hand? Maybe I'm mistaken.

The problem is you have 2800 chips and the SB has you covered. Do you want to risk your tournamnet to pick up 400 chips at this point? Without a read,
that would just be crazy.
