I need some new CDs

The guy asked for helpful suggestions, not a bunch of replies from apparent music snobs. His musical tastes are just that, his. Not yours.

Try out some VAST. Never had someone I've recommended them to come back and say anything but they liked him.

American Idiot - Green Day
The Color and the Shape - Foo Fighters
Automatic for the People - R.E.M.
Rumors - Fleetwood Mac
anything by the beatles, bob dylan, or metallica(until recent years at least)

Sorry almost none of this is new, but if theres anything on this list you dont have, now would be a good time to get it.

I don't need new stuff, I already have the American Idiot and basically all other Green Day CDs and I like them all. Thanks for the suggestions.

Why bother buying them all when you can just put Dookie in and set it to repeat? That's what the band did in the studio, so why shouldn't you?

Dookie is a great CD and I have listened to it for hours on end, but Green Day has more stuff than just Dookie.
