How was this hand played 1/2
I recently started playing 1/2 6 max from ->.5/1
and was wondering how this hand was played As I move up the money basically doubled, and i still can't get used to 50$ dollar pots, heh im a poor fish :/ Im a little unsure of this hand is it ok? This might seem a little basic or standard, im not sure.. im just a little unsure of my play as of late. Re: How was this hand played 1/2
I'd play it the same, but you'll probably get a lot of "three bet the turn" replies, not sure if I like that without the Kh

Re: How was this hand played 1/2
looks good
sometimes i'll bet call the river if I think villain is capable of free showdown raise. |

Looks good to me.
If I have the K of hearts I 3 bet the turn. |

Re: How was this hand played 1/2
Standard. Given a really aggro read you can 3-bet the turn. Letting him bet the river with a worse hand (or an absolute bluff) is probably best, as 3-betting here would allow him to get away from weaker hands while you will get capped by the flush.
As others have stated, you should be much more willing to 3-bet this turn when you yourself have a flush redraw. -K |
