I don't know what the average win rate is of winning players. If I had to guess I'd say it lies somewhere between 1 bb/100 to 2 bb/100. If one could increases their winrate by 0.5 bb/100 as you suggest, then they would be winning 25%-50% more as a result of blind stealing. This is pretty significant IMO.

I also think you under-estimate the value of blind battling. At higher limits it occurs way more often, and makes up significantly larger portion of one's profit.

You might think that people who have winrates in the 3+ bb/100 range won't see as great a portion of profits from blind stealing. I say that the only way people are winning that much in the first place is because they are already stealing and defending blinds at near optimum levels.
