pt question and converter question

1) If you are 10 tabling and using gametime+, how often should you update the hands? I'm doing every 7 minutes and it seems like it slows down a ton when it updates, should I do it more frequently so that it has less to update, or less frequently so that it doens't happen very often, let me know, and
2) i haven't been able to post hands in awhile because i can't find a converter that works, does anyone know of one?
