Default Current 30+3 NL tourney on party started at 6:15

Hey all,

I'm currently in the 30+3 tourney on party that started at 6:15. I had this hand happen. I've only done these tourneys a couple times, and this seems like an easy fold to me post flop but I just wanted to make sure. I know I shouldn't have called in the first place, but there had often been a lot of callers preflop (and not too much raising) so I was hoping to hit a flush draw.

Also, how many BB's do you like having once you're ITM?

Yeah, easy fold. I might think about it if I'm heads up with the raiser and I have reason to believe he's stealing, but with a weak hand, a raiser betting into two players, and a decent stack behind you still to act, I doubt you'll be good often enough to make this call. It would have worked out this time, but I wouldn't count on this being the norm.

Set of Queens took it down, so I would have lost.

How many BBs do you like having on the bubble. I mean, how much do you need to feel comfortable?

If you're on the bubble, I think it just depends on where you stand in the tournament. A lot of tournaments have blinds that put most everyone under 10-15xBB in the later stages. I feel pretty comfortable with 20xBB.
